What is received becomes meaningful when it can be shared. Book 6 invites the human person to pause, to see oneself honestly, and to discover the inner movement that can change how one is present in the world. The journey does not demand perfection. It invites greater awareness, responsibility, and openness to life.
I — You — Universal Humanity
I am myself, and you are yourself. Their encounter opens a space for shared life. Humanity is not built by erasing difference, but by learning to recognize the dignity of every person. Each gate therefore moves from personal experience toward responsibility for others.
123 GO OF LIFE
1 BE PRESENT → 2 REMAIN → 3 BECOME → GO. Be Present means recognizing that I am here. Remain means having the courage to stay with reality. Become means growing into who I am. GO means carrying the life discovered within into the world through concrete action.
NAME → NUMBER → TIME → BREATH
Name opens awareness of identity. Number helps us notice order. Time gives experience its space. Breath returns us to the present. These four are used as contemplative tools, not as ends or dogma.
Inner Movement
I receive → I give thanks → I share. → GO.
Contemplative Practice
- Sit quietly and feel the breath without forcing it.
- Notice one experience that has been strongest today.
- Ask: what is moving within me?
- Let an answer arise without judging it immediately.
- End with one small action that carries life outward through GO.
Questions for Inner Movement
- What am I receiving?
- What do I need to leave behind?
- Who is present in my inner journey?
- What am I ready to carry into the world through GO?
Closing
Each gate is an invitation. There is no need to hurry. Stop, listen, and walk. Eternity begins to be experienced when a human being becomes present with awareness, grows through life, and carries that life toward others.
